Ingredients For veg-a-bean soup

2-3 qtwater

4 canorganic white beans with juice

6 lgcarrots, sliced

1 1/2 lbnew potatoes, washed and sliced

1 lgonion, chopped

3/4 stickbutter
-
1 ptheavy cream or milk

1 qtchicken stock

1/2 lbham, chopped

salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
How To Make veg-a-bean soup

1In a large pot, add all of the ingredients in any order and cook until all veggies are tender. Stir frequently to prevent scorching of the milk or cream. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

2Serve with fresh bread and salad. Makes a lovely meal and leftovers may be frozen if you like.
