Ingredients For v8 soup

  • 8 c
    v8 juice®, classic or spicy
  • 3 Tbsp
    arrowroot powder
  • 1 15 ounce can
    crushed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    kosher salt
  • chopped flatleaf parsley [for garnish]
  • sour cream [for garnish]

How To Make v8 soup

    Dissolve arrowroot powder in a 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.

    Place V8 Juice®, crushed tomatoes and kosher salt in large pan and bring to boil. Reduce by a quarter; about 7 minutes.

    Reduce heat to a simmer and stir in arrowroot mixture and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until "soup" thickens.

    Garnish with sour cream and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
