Ingredients For tomato-basil bisque

2 can10 3/4oz. tomato soup, undiluted

1 can14 1/2oz. diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano

2 1/2 cbuttermilk

2 Tbspchopped fresh oregano

1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper

garnish: shredded fresh basil
How To Make tomato-basil bisque

1Cook first 5 ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Garnish, if desired; serve immediately, or serve chilled. Yields 7 cups.
