Ingredients For spanish gazpacho soup

  • 1 c
    chopped peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    chopped grn pepper
  • 1/2 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 2 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    reg. salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 2 c
    tomato juice or possibly v-8 juice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped cucumber
