Ingredients For root cellar soup

    carrots, medium dice
  • 1 lg
    rutabaga, medium dice
  • 3 md
    turnips, medium dice
  • 1 sm
    daiko, medium dice
  • 3 md
    potatoes, medium dice
  • 1 md
    leek, medium dice
  • 2 md
    onios, medim dice
  • 3 clove
    shallots, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    thyme, leaves
  • 2 md
    bay leaves, dried
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 2 qt
    cold water

How To Make root cellar soup

    Peele and dice all vegetable.
