4 cdashi stock

1 cfresh shiitake mushrooms stemmed and thinly sliced

1/4 cchopped dried seaweed

4 Tbspred miso paste

4 oztofu cut into small chunks

3scallions chopped
How To Make red miso soup

1Bring the stock to a simmer over medium heat and whisk in the red miso until it is dissolved. Add the mushrooms and seaweed and cook about 5 minutes until softened.

2Add tofu and scallions and cook about 1 more minute.
