This was my mom's recipe which originally called for 1 lb lean stew meat instead of Tasso (cut in 1/2" pieces and brown before adding). Quick and easy staple meal for the chilly evenings.     savoie's real cajun hickory smoked tasso pork
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce (can)
  • 14 1/2 oz
    stewed tomatoes (can)
  • 29 oz
    veg-all® homestyle large cut vegetables (can)
  • 14 1/2 oz
    whole kernel corn (can)

How To Make quick & easy vegetable beef stew

    Cut meat into thin slices. Combine all ingredients in pot including liquids from cans.

    Bring to a boil (takes about 5 mins) Reduce heat, simmer on low for 30 minutes.
