Ingredients For pumpkin soup

1 can15 oz can of pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling!)

1 mdbrown onion chopped

1 pkgfrozen corn, 6-8 oz.

8 ozchicken broth
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
8 ozhalf and half
-
3 sprigfresh tarragon, or tsp of dried

pinchsalt and pepper to taste
How To Make pumpkin soup

1melt butter in large pan and saute the onions until golden.

2add chicken broth, corn and pumpkin puree, bring to a boil

3reduce heat, add tarragon, half and half, and salt and pepper. simmer about 10 minutes. Serve.
