its the Pumpkin that is used as a veggie, you can panko them and deep fry them. and the bisque

Ingredients For pumpkin bisque

  • 5 c
    1/2 cube pumpkins pieces
  • 2 lg
    chopped onions
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 2 c
    water
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp
    chicken base
  • roux to thicken
  • 2 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 2 tsp
    white peppers
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg

How To Make pumpkin bisque

  • 1
    Cook the pumpkin in the 2 cups water, Save the water pull the cooked pumpkin . Puree 1/2 the pumpkin add it to the water. Add the onions & simmer until onions are cooked. Cut the pumpkin in bite size pieces. Add remaining Ingredients except roux. Temper the milk so it don't curtle.Simmer about 10 minutes Add roux to thicken to a texture of your choice. ENJOY
