Ingredients For potatoe soup

  • 5 lb
    potatoes
  • 2 can
    12oz cans evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • pepper and season salt to taste

How To Make potatoe soup

  • 1
    Peel, clean and cube potatoes into a 4 quart sauce pan. Cover with water and boil until tender. DO NOT DRAIN.
  • 2
    Add milk, margarine and seasoning. Heat to desired temp and enjoy.
