We like a thick potato soup. Tastes delicious with the additon of the ham and corn. Great for a cold winter day or anytime you are wanting soup.

Ingredients For potato chowder (jean's)

2 cwater

1 tspbetter than bouillon (roasted chicken base)

2 mdpotatoes, peeled and diced

1 conion, diced

1 cham, diced
-
3/4 cfrozen corn

1 1/4 cmilk, divided

1/4 cflour
How To Make potato chowder (jean's)

1Prepare your Ingredients

2Boil 2 cups water, in saucepan. Then add bouillon and simmer for a few minutes.

3Add diced potatoes and diced onions. Let simmer for about ten minutes until potatoes are tender.

4Now add the corn and ham. Let cook for about 5 minutes.

5Put flour and 1/4 cup milk in small bowl and combine. Add this to the ingredients in the pan.

6Stir in the rest of the milk and let thicken for about 5 minutes.
