Ingredients For potato bacon chowder

8 slicebacon - chopped
-
1 conion - medium chop
-
3 cpotaoes, diced (i like ukon gold)

1 1/2 cwater
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 csour cream
-
1 3/4 cmilk
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
- OPTIONAL: SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE & DICED TOMATOES
How To Make potato bacon chowder

11)Fry bacon until crisp in a large heavy pot. Add onion & saute 2 - 3 minutes.

22) Pour off fat; Add water and potatoes. Bring to a boil; cover & simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

33) Stir in canned soup, sour cream and milk. Add salt and pepper. Heat to serving temperature.

44) Serve with the optional shredded cheese and tomatoes sprinkled on top.
