Ingredients For photon soup

6 cchicken, beef or vegetable stock

2 Tbspginger grated

3 clovegarlic minced

1 bunchgreen onions divided into green and white parts

1/2 tspchinese five spice powder

1/4 tspcracked black pepper

1 pkgfrozen mini wontons or pot stickers

1 bagmann's organic broccoli slaw mix
-
1 cfresh bean sprouts
-
2 smjalapenos seeded and diced
-
1 Tbspeach soy sauce and fish sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar
-
1/2 ccilantro chopped
How To Make photon soup

1Add the stock to a large stock pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add ginger, garlic, and green parts of the green onions. Stir in the Chinese 5 spice and pepper.

2Add the frozen wontons or pot stickers. Cook until they start to float. Add the remaining ingredients except for cilantro and the green parts of the scallions.

3Cook 2 minutes. Garnish with the cilantro and green onions.
