I love okra,I found this recipe in a magazine and made it like the recipe . The next time,I made it I changed the recipe, this is my version. The original recipe called for 3 slices of bacon ,which I omitted and I added corn because I like okra corn and tomatoes together. The original recipe also called for chicken broth, which I use often, but when I what a vegetarian soup,I like vegetable broth. Both versions are delicious. My husband likes it served over rice.
