Ingredients For nice and creamy cauliflower soup

2 cwater

1 mdcauliflower, cut into florets

1/2 ccelery, chopped

1/4 conion, chopped

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

2 Tbspflour
-
2 Tbspmelted butter
-
2 1/2 cvegetable or chicken broth

3/4 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/2 cheavy cream
How To Make nice and creamy cauliflower soup

1In a stock pot, bring water to a boil and add cauliflower, celery, onion and lemon juice - return to a boil.

2Cover and cook for approx. 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.

3In a large sauce pan, combine butter and flour until well combined. Slowly add the 2 1/2 cups broth. Cover again and simmer until broth is hot, but not boiling.

4Uncover and add veggie mixture along with s & p - simmer until bubbly. Add cream and cook until heated through - do not boil. Serve topped with grated cheese.
