4 Tbspdry sherry

1 crice noodles cooked according to package directions
How To Make mushroom and sherry noodle soup

1Add the oil to a large pot. Saute the white parts of the green onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.

2Add the chicken stock and sherry and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Add the noodles. Cook 1 more minute. Serve garnished with the green parts of the green onions
