Ingredients For miso soup

  • 8 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant dashi soup base or chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp
    miso paste
  • 1 c
    shiitake mushroom stemmed and sliced
  • 2
    green onions chopped

How To Make miso soup

  • 1
    Mix the water with the dashi granules and miso paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the mushrooms and green onions. Simmer 5 minutes.
