6potatoes, peeled and cubed

2onions, chopped

1 or 2carrot, peeled and sliced

1celery stalk

4chicken bouillon cubes

1 Tbspparsley flakes

5 cwater

1 Tbspsalt (use less if you want to)

pepper to taste

1/2 cbutter
-
1 lgcan of evaporated milk
How To Make madeline's potato soup

1Cook vegetables in water until tender. Mash coarsely.

2Add rest of ingredients. Heat slowly.

3Do not boil after adding the milk.
