Ingredients For loaded potato soup

  • 8 lg
    baking potatoes
  • 1 md
    onion,diced
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    milk (use the soup can)
  • 1/2 pkg
    bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 6
    chicken bullion cubes
  • sour cream
  • cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make loaded potato soup

  • 1
    Peel and dice potatoes into large soup pot. Add onions, bacon, soup, milk, and bullion cubes.

    Add enough water to cover potatoes.

    Simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender.
  • 4
    Serve with sour cream, cheese, and green onions as desired.
