Ingredients For loaded potato soup

8 lgbaking potatoes

1 mdonion,diced
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 canmilk (use the soup can)

1/2 pkgbacon, fried and crumbled
-
6chicken bullion cubes
-
sour cream
-
cheddar cheese
-
sliced green onions
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make loaded potato soup

1Peel and dice potatoes into large soup pot. Add onions, bacon, soup, milk, and bullion cubes.

2Add enough water to cover potatoes.

3Simmer on low heat until potatoes are tender.

4Serve with sour cream, cheese, and green onions as desired.
