How To Make kale turmeric soup

1in a large pot on med high, saute in olive oil diced onions, smashed garlic cloves and peeled diced turmeric.

2add all the veggies and the broth.

3simmer on low 30-45 mins ( depending on you preference on your veggies) I like al dente.
