Ingredients For kale turmeric soup

  • 4 c
    fresh kale, chopped
  • 1 c
    baby carrots
  • 2 stalk
    celery
  • 1/2 c
    turmeric, fresh & peeled
  • 1/2
    onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 lg
    container of vegetable stock
  • salt/pepper to taste

How To Make kale turmeric soup

    in a large pot on med high, saute in olive oil diced onions, smashed garlic cloves and peeled diced turmeric.

    add all the veggies and the broth.
  • 3
    simmer on low 30-45 mins ( depending on you preference on your veggies) I like al dente.
