2 cbroccoli florets

2 ccabbage leaves

2 cspinach, fresh

2 stalkswiss chard

4 cwater

3 pkgvegetable bouillon cube

1 tspthyme, dried

1 lgbay leaf
How To Make jason's green garden soup (vegan)

1Boil water and add bouillon cubes, bay leaf and thyme. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until veggies are soft.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3TIP: FOR GARLIC LOVERS! Try adding 1 clove of roasted garlic to the soup before simmering.
