1 mdonion diced

2bay leaves

28 ozcan tomato sauce

1/3 cheavy cream

How To Make indian inspired tomato soup

1Place olive oil in a medium pot. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the ginger and garlic paste. Add the seasonings and brown sugar. Stir well drop in the bay leaves and add the tomato sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook 2 more minutes. If too thick add a little water. Remove bay leaves and taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
