1 tspchopped garlic

1 tspginger chopped

1/2 cfrench beans chopped

1/2 ccarrots, chopped

1/2 ccabbage chopped

1/2 cmushroom slices

1 tspgreen chili paste

1 tspwhite pepper powder

2 tspdark soya sauce
-
2 tspred chilly sauce

1 tspvinegar

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspcorn flour

3 tspchopped spring onions
How To Make hot and sour soup

1Saute ginger and garlic till light brown. Add the chopped vegetables and saute in high flame. pour water and simmer the vegetables.

2Add red chilly sauce, dark soya sauce, vinegar, Chilli paste and mushrooms. Add salt and white pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes.

3Make a slurry with corn flour mixing with half cup water. Pour the slurry and simmer the soup till thicken. Sprinkle some chopped spring onions and remove the soup to serve hot
