6 cchicken stock

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspchili garlic paste

1 cchopped shiitake mushrooms

1 lgcarrot thinly slice

1 Tbspminced ginger

1 tspsesame oil

white parts of scallions diced

juice of 1 lime

2 Tbsprice vinegar

2 lgeggs beaten

How To Make hot and sour meatball soup

1Mix the ingredients together for meatballs. Roll into balls and set aside. Bring the chicken stock to a boil.

2Add the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Bring back to a boil. Add the meatballs. Let cook for 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, scallions, and carrots. Cook 5 more minutes. Add the vinegar. Carefully whisk in the beaten eggs.

3Serve garnished with cilantro.
