Ingredients For homemade vegetable soup

  • 1 pkg
    butter beans
  • 1 can
    diced tomatoes
  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 2 md
    irish potatoes, cut up
  • 1/2 md
    white onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of tomato soup
  • cover with water in a large soup pot
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make homemade vegetable soup

  • 1
    Put all ingredients in a large pot and boil until all vegetables are tender. Be sure to add enough water for the vegetables to cook without burning.Cook on a medium heat. Delicious with cornbread or crackers.
