Ingredients For homemade tomato soup

1 16 oz can diced tomatoes

1 small can tomato sauce

1 half med onion or one small one

1 rib celery
-
1 16 oz can chicken broth

2 tbsp flour
-
salt and pepper to taste

2 bouillon (chicken) cubes

1/2 cup milk or cream

1 tblsp butter or olive oil
How To Make homemade tomato soup

1dice finely the celery and onion, saute in some butter or olive oil till done.

2Add in the flour and stir that around for about thirty seconds. Then add the tomatoes, sauce and bullion cubes along with about 1 or 2 cups of water.

3bring it to a boil let cook about 5 to 10 minutes. cream it up with some milk and use a stick blender to smooth it out.
