My husband and I stopped at a little Mom & Pop's restaurant, recently, in Forest, FL and they had this soup. It was so good that I came home and made my rendition of it. I like it, and I hope you do, too.

Ingredients For ham with vegetable's soup

8 ozcountry ham, cut into half inch cubes

6 cwater
-
6chicken boullion cubes
-
1 smonion chopped
-
3 mdsize potatoes, peeled & diced (i rinse mine twice until the water runs clear)

4 ozfrozen spinach
-
1 cwhite frozen corn
-
2 or 3 dashgarlic powder

3 or 4 dashdried celery flakes

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make ham with vegetable's soup

1In a medium size saucepan pour in water. Add 6 chicken boullion cubes. Bring to a boil and lower heat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Of course you can add whatever vegetables you like. These are what I had on hand. I like a few croutons on mine, my husband likes (as he calls them) soda crackers. It turned out great. Enjoy!
