Morning White Dove was GGG Grandmother to me and to Elvis the King. She was a Cherokee Indian who lived in Hamilton,AL. Once you try it you will know what Gazpacho is. And yes you do use a head of Garlic.

Ingredients For gazpacho by morning white dove

4 lgripe tomatoes

1cucumber, peeled and sliced

1onions, vidalia, peeled and quartered

1green bell pepper, deveined and chopped

1 ctomato juice

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

3 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 smgarlic head
-
several sliceblack olives

to taste dashsalt and pepper
How To Make gazpacho by morning white dove

1Put all ingredients (except olives) in food processor or blender. Seperate Garlic head into cloves before adding. Chop as coarsely or finely as per your taste. S&P to taste.

2Chill until icy.

3Serve in small cups topped with black olives, sliced or diced.

4Serve with chips or saltines.
