Morning White Dove was GGG Grandmother to me and to Elvis the King. She was a Cherokee Indian who lived in Hamilton,AL. Once you try it you will know what Gazpacho is. And yes you do use a head of Garlic.

Ingredients For gazpacho by morning white dove

  • 4 lg
    ripe tomatoes
  • 1
    cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1
    onions, vidalia, peeled and quartered
  • 1
    green bell pepper, deveined and chopped
  • 1 c
    tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 sm
    garlic head
  • several slice
    black olives
  • to taste dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make gazpacho by morning white dove

  • 1
    Put all ingredients (except olives) in food processor or blender. Seperate Garlic head into cloves before adding. Chop as coarsely or finely as per your taste. S&P to taste.

    Chill until icy.

    Serve in small cups topped with black olives, sliced or diced.

    Serve with chips or saltines.
