Stephanie Lange's garlic onion soup recipe from her YouTube channel. I used the amounts she used in her video (as indicated by **) and since she very rarely uses measurements, unless specified, all other measurements are "to taste" :)

Ingredients For garlic onion soup

3**garlic, whole
-
2**yellow onions, chopped
-
apple cider vinegar
-
1 Tbspvegetable broth, powder
-
nutritional yeast
-
1/2 cancoconut milk
-
soy sauce
-
4 cwater
How To Make garlic onion soup

1Cut tops off garlic & peel outer layer. Drizzle with oil (add salt & pepper if desired) and wrap in foil. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

2Meanwhile, sautee onion in large sauce pan on low heat, until browned & soft (about 30 minutes).

3Add ACV, vegetable broth powder and yeast. Mix well.

4Add coconut milk, stirring until smooth. Add soy sauce and water. Increase heat to medium.

5Peel & chop garlic. Add to pot and stir. Serve.
