Ingredients For garden vegetable soup

2/3 csliced carrot

1/2 conion diced

3 cbeef, chicken or vegetable broth

1 1/2 cdiced green cabbage

1/2 cgreen beans

1 Tbsptomato paste

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/4 tspdried oregano

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 cdiced zucchini
How To Make garden vegetable soup

1In large saucepan sprayed with Pam saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat till softened. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil.

2Lower heat and simmer covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes

3I use low sodium broth.
