    cup dry lentils
  • 5
    cups beef broth
  • 1 c
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c
    frozen sliced carrots.
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion.
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried crushed sage
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 lb
    fully-cooked, turkey kielbasa, sliced diagonally

How To Make filling lentil soup

    Rinse & drain lentils. In lg pot combine lentils, broth, green bell pepper, carrots, onion, sage, ground red pepper, and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered 30 min, or until lentils are tender. Stir in kielbasa, heat through.
