8 ozcan bamboo shoots drained and cut into matchsticks

How To Make fast and easy hot and sour soup

1Bring the first 11 ingredients to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and simmer 5 minutes. Add the cornstarch mixed with water and let soup thicken a bit.

2Slowly pour in the eggs in a slow stream while stirring the soup. Stir in the white pepper, green onions and cilantro. Serve
