easy vegetable soup!!
I wanted something quick and easy to fix for lunch. Went to freeze and removed a package of frozen mixed vegetables. Got a bouillon and water and place in a saucepan. Had a tomato left from breakfast, cut that up with salt and pepper to taste. I had to have some cayenne to make it a little spicy for my taste. Got a sleeve of saltine crackers and soft butter, and PRESTO ready to eat!!!

Ingredients For easy vegetable soup!!

16 ozfrozen mixed vegetables

1-1/2 chot water
-
1chicken bouillon cube, dissolved

1/2ripe tomato, sliced and chopped, optional

1 tspsalt or to taste

1 tsppepper or to taste

1/2 tspcayenne pepper, optional
How To Make easy vegetable soup!!

1In a medium size saucepan, heat water over medium heat. Take chicken bouillon add to water and dissolved.

2Add frozen mixed vegetables, tomato (optional), salt and pepper to taste. (I used cayenne but that is optional.)

3Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer (low), and simmer for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. I sleeve of crackers and butter would go good with soup!!! ENJOY!!!
