1 to 1 1/2 lbstew beef

1 canpeas, canned

1 cancorn, canned

1 cancarrots, canned

2 canpotatoes,canned

1 cantomatoes large canned
-
1 canlarge size mixed vegetables(prefer veg all brand)

1 smcabbage head
-
2 Tbspvegetable or canola oil
-
3bay leaves, dried
-
2 Tbspbeef bouillon powder
-
1 Tbspcoarse ground black pepper
-
1 stickcellery
-
2 tspcellery seed
-
1 canv8 11.5 oz. can

flwater, as needed
How To Make easy peasy beef vegetable soup

1brown 1 to 1&1/2 lbs of stew beef in the oil. add tomatoes and 1&1/2 cups of cleaned chopped celery leaves and all. Allow to simmer 20 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cabbage and cook on medium for 1 hr. After an 1 hr. add 2 to 3 cups of chopped cabbage and extra water as needed to make sure that the cabbage is covered so that it will cook to tender. On medium heat boil an additional 1/2 hr. until the cabbage is tender. Turn on simmer for the last 1/2 hr. Remove bay leaves and serve. For a little more spice to your serving add some extra pepper.
