Ingredients For easy creamy vegetable soup

    vegetable both
  • 3 c
    frozn hash browns thawed
  • 1 c
    each chopped onion and peppers, carmelized in skillet with 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 pkg
    16 oz. broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed
  • 1 c
    fat free evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp
    each sea salt and black pepper

How To Make easy creamy vegetable soup

    In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil.

    add in hash browns and vegetables. bring back to a full boil.

    reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes until vegetables are tender. add in evaporated milk and seasonings. heat thru. makes 4 (1 1/2) cup servings.
