I made this last night and it was a big hit, it was so cream and very flavorful....Just something I dreamt up and it was so good....I don't have a picture though my camera battery was dead and didn't dig out my cell phone camera....Will put a picture of it up next time I make it...

Ingredients For creamy potato kielbasa monterey soup

3 lgbaking potatoes (not peeled)

3/4 conion, chopped

1 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspturmeric, ground

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper, ground
-
1 lgcream of chicken soup (family size)

1/2 csourcream
-
1 cmilk
-
1 cwater
-
2 cmonterey jack cheese
-
1 Tbspparsley flakes
-
1smoke kielbasa (sliced thin)
- ADD WATER AS NEEDED WHILE BAKING

1Oven 400* Bake potatoes in Microwave and cut into small chunks, chop onion set all aside.....

2In a Dutch Oven, place Cream of Chicken, Sour cream, Milk, Water into pan and stir well to get any lumps out

3Stir in all spices, stir in potatoes, kielbasa and onions mix well....Stir in 1 Cup of Cheese, mix well...sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top...

4Place lid on top and put dutch oven in to the oven and bake for 45 minutes....checking on it every 15 minutes and stir....You may have to add a little more water to it if you feel the need....after the 45 minutes then remove the lid for another 15 minutes...

5The top will brown slightly, serve hot.....
