Ingredients For cream of zucchini soup

1 qtchicken stock

4 mdstalks of celery..chopped

2 mdcarrots chopped

1 mdchopped onion

4 mdzucchini sliced

3 ozcream cheese

2 Tbspbutter
How To Make cream of zucchini soup

1Saute onions in butter until soft. Add celery and carrots and chicken stock, and cook until tender, about half an hour. Add zucchini and cook another 5-10 minutes. Place in blender, add cream cheese and puree. Salt and pepper to season.
