1 lbfrozen, chopped spinach

2 Tbspchicken base

1 pinchnutmeg

2 qtheavy cream
How To Make cream of spinach soup

1Saute the onion in butter until tender, and add flour. Cook about 2 minutes.

2Add the milk, white pepper, and salt. Bring to a simmer.

3Add the spinach and cook.

4Add the nutmeg and chicken base.

5Add the heavy cream to final product.
