Ingredients For cold-fighting chicken and couscous soup

    carrots, chopped
  • 4 stalk
    celery ribs-chopped
  • 1/2 md
    onions-chopped
  • 6 c
    chicken stock
  • 2 md
    boneless chicken breast=cooked and shredded
  • 2 tsp
    tumerec
  • 2 clove
    garlic-diced
  • 2 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 dash
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 dash
    garlic parsley salt
  • 2 c
    cooked couscous
  • 1 lg
    lemon-squeezed

    Cook and Shred Chicken

    In a Dutch Oven, add 2 T olive oil. Saute' Carrots, celery, and onions until tender.

    Add in Chicken, Stock, and ,cayenne pepper,,lemon juice. . Stir. Add in Couscous, Stir, Simmer 1/2 hour.
