Ingredients For classic cream soup

  • 3 c
    cooked(your choice)leftover vegetables, minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    onions, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c
    stock (your choice) or vegetable soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    flour
  • 1 c
    milk
  • parsley

How To Make classic cream soup

  • 1
    Melt butter and sauté one tbsp. of onion in it for 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper; stir in the milk slowly and then the stock.

    Bring to boiling. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook until vegetables are soft. Puree in a blender. Garnish with parsley before serving.
