a great way to get a veggie in ya have a bowl of soup as a starter to any meal......... that is why i came up with this simple soup...

Ingredients For cauliflower soup

  • 2 lg
    heads cauliflower[or 2 lb bag frozen]
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • water to cover
  • 1 qt
    milk

How To Make cauliflower soup

  • 1
    cut cauliflower into bite size flowerettes cook in boilin salted water til fork tender drain but save water
  • 2
    put cauliflower in blender add some of water it was boiled in blend til smooth[may take 2-3 batches to do all] once smooth put back in pan add garlic and red pepper and milk heat til hot but DO NOT BOIL.....ENJOY!!!!
