2 stalkleeks ,cleaned, sliced

2 clovegarlic

1 canwhite beans,drained rinsed

2 cvegetable broth

2 cwhole milk

salt and pepper
How To Make cauliflower and leek soup

1In a large pot sweat leeks,I used safflower oil.
Meanwhile, lightly steam your cauliflower, set aside. -
2Add, garlic,saute',for a few min., then add cauliflower,stock,milk, and beans.
Simmer,5- 10 min. -
3Use an immersion blender.
Serve, or keep warm.
