2butternut squash, peeled & diced

1 lgonion, diced

1 galchicken stock

1/2 tspwhite pepper

1 lbbrie cheese, cubed

How To Make butternut squash & brie soup

1Combine squash, onion and stock and cook until soft and reduced by half. Add cheese and milk, simmer 15-20 min, stirring frequently to reduce the chance of lumps forming. Garnish with slices of red, yellow or green pepper. Serve immediately.
