Ingredients For broccolli soup

2 lbbag frozen broccolli flowerettes

1/2 lbsmoked sausage

1 mdyellow onion,chopped fine

1stalk celery,chopped fine

1 canbeef broth, reduced sodium

1 can[fill broth can] milk

1 pinchgarlic
How To Make broccolli soup

1put beef broth in med/lg sauce pan bring to boil... reduce heat... add broccolli.... cook 5-10 minutes.. add celery and onion cook 10 minutes more

2let cool some... pour into food processor.... blend til smooth... while doing broccolli... add smoked sausage to pan cook and brown over med high heat...watch close do not burn...

3return broccolli mix to pan add milk heat til hot... add what ever spices you like... i like garlic added to this soup... serve it with garlic toast
