Ingredients For broccoli rice casserole by eddie

  • 01/2 c
    onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    celery chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red bell pepper chopped
  • 1-10 oz can
    condensed broccoli and cheese soup undiluted
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1-10 oz pkg
    frozen chopped broccoil thawed and drained
  • 1
    tomato cut into 1/4 inch thick slice

How To Make broccoli rice casserole by eddie

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11/2 quart baking dish with non stick cooking spray set aside.

    Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion, celery and bell pepper cook and stir over medium heat until tender
  • 3
    Stir in soup, sour cream and water.Layer rice, soup mixture and broccoli in a prepared dish.

    Cover and bake 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices bake uncovered 10 minutes.
