1/2 cred bell pepper chopped

1-10 oz cancondensed broccoli and cheese soup undiluted

1/4 csour cream

1/4 cwater
-
2 ccooked rice
-
1-10 oz pkgfrozen chopped broccoil thawed and drained

1tomato cut into 1/4 inch thick slice
How To Make broccoli rice casserole by eddie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11/2 quart baking dish with non stick cooking spray set aside.

2Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion, celery and bell pepper cook and stir over medium heat until tender

3Stir in soup, sour cream and water.Layer rice, soup mixture and broccoli in a prepared dish.

4Cover and bake 20 minutes. Top with tomato slices bake uncovered 10 minutes.
