2 lbfrozen winter style vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc)

3 canchicken broth

1 canro-te (undrained)

8 ozcream cheese, softened
How To Make broccoli-cheese soup

1Place vegetables, Ro-Tel, and chicken broth in large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Add cream cheese and melt as you stir. Serve hot.
