Ingredients For broccoli-cheese soup

  • 2 lb
    frozen winter style vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
  • 3 can
    chicken broth
  • 1 can
    ro-te (undrained)
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened

How To Make broccoli-cheese soup

  • 1
    Place vegetables, Ro-Tel, and chicken broth in large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 40 minutes. Add cream cheese and melt as you stir. Serve hot.
