Ingredients For black-eyed pea stew

1 lb pkgblack-eyed peas dried

1 lg canrotel tomatoes, original

1/2 lgonion, diced
-
2-3 smjalapenos, chopped
-
1 1/2 lbpolish kielbasa

2 Tbspchili powder
-
to taste pinchsalt and pepper
How To Make black-eyed pea stew

1Wash peas add to pot and cover with water boil till almost tender
-
2add all ingredients (except rotel)cook till tender
-
3Add rotel and simmer for 10 minutes serve with cornbread
