Ingredients For black eyed pea gumbo

2 canrotel tomatoes, undrained

1 lbhamburger meat, browned and drained

1 pkgfrozen seasoned mix (picsweet)

16 ozfrozen vegetable gumbo mix

1 clovegarlic, minced

2 tsplouisiana hot sauce

1 canchicken broth

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make black eyed pea gumbo

1Saute the picsweet mix in margarine until tender. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and hot sauce.

2Stir in browned hamburger meat.

3Add chicken broth and tomatoes.

4Add gumbo mix and stir until all is mixted well.

5Add rotel tomatoes and black eyed peas. Stir well and cook until bubbling. Serve over hot cooked rice.
