Ingredients For bev's cheese soup

6 slicebacon
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
4 cpotatoes, diced

1 smcontainer sour cream

1 lbvelveeta
How To Make bev's cheese soup

1Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain. Cook chopped onion in bacon grease until wilted.

2Add diced potatoes to pan with onions and add water to pan until just covers potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender (about 10 mins). Do not drain off water.

3Lower to medium heat and add container of sour cream and mix to blend. Cube Velveeta cheese and add to soup mixture stirring until melted.

4Crumble bacon into soup and serve.
