    potatoes
  • 4 slice
    bacon
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch
  • 6 c
    milk

How To Make baked potato soup

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Wash the potatoes, and place in oven for 45 mins.Dice the onion,set aside. Cook bacon until almost done, then add the onion.

    Dice the cooled, baked potatoes and place in a large pot. Add the bacon/onion mixture. Cover with the milk. Use corn starch and 1/2 C. milk to make a mixture; add to the pot.

    Simmer on a low-medium heat, covered. Add salt and pepper to taste.
